Go Ye Unto All the World: Some Who Heard the Call
In Fellowship Hall, facilitated by Fred Downs
We will reflect upon the lives of some of those Christians who have responded to Jesus’ call to his disciples to go unto all the world to share the good news of God’s love.
In looking at people like Paul, the Nestorian missionaries to central Asia and China, Augustine of Canterbury, Patrick, Boniface Francis, Xavier, Carey, Judson, Livingstone, and Theresa we will place them in their historical contexts and reflect upon the ways in which their work affected the world view of both Christians and other faith communities.
Walking in Power, Love & Discipline – Titus
In the Conference Room, facilitated by Bev Decker
This class will continue where it left off in the fall semester. Having completed I Timothy and Titus, the book of II Timothy will be the focus in January. Learn what crucial instructions Paul has for his disciples in these timeless letters of accountability. We will continue to learn what God expects of believers in all areas of life.
