This ministry arranges opportunities that nurture and deepen relationships among BBC Covenant Members, the congregation, and its extended community, creating a loving, caring community of believers who demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit by loving Christ and each other, with friendliness, true concern, and compassion.

Ministry Teams and activities under the Fellowship and Community Life Core Ministry include:

Holiday Fair

Organizes and plans the November Holiday Fair; creates or donates items to be sold to raise money for missions and church projects.

This year: November 6, 2010 the proceeds will be given to The Homeless Prevention Council.  The Homeless Prevention Council works to prevent homelessness before it happens in the eight towns of the lower and outer cape (Chatham, Harwich, Brewster, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro, and Provincetown). They provide professional case management, which includes counseling, advocacy and referral services to appropriate resources. HPC also provides financial assistance to assist our neighbors during these trying times, especially with mortgage, rent, and utility payments to help people stay in their housing. They have a very small staff, have many dedicated volunteers and are deserving of our help.
